Patents and Utility Models
The Patent or Utility Model provides an exclusive right
on the realization and exploitation of the new solution (Invention
20 years and Utility Model 10 years).
Protection cannot be extended after the lapse, however filing
new patents and Utility models is allowed on the same subject
matter but their protection is valid solely on what has been innovated
(improvements) in respect to the preceding Patent/Utility Model,
provided that the innovations are new (or have never been predisclosed)
and have an original characteristic (Inventive Step).
Utility Model requires a reduce inventive Step
Search
The current proceedings does not provide a novelty search but
it can be done by EP Way.
It is possible to perform local search but only in a limited way
and regarding a specific name of the applicant or other well-defined
data.

European Patent Validations
It requires transaltion of the pubblication and filing in respective
Patent Offices.
Spain Provides to pubblication of the translation.
Italy provides to place at public disposal the respective translation.
Both Countries allow filing Claims Translation before granting,
after filing date of EP.
If the EP Application is refused, it is still possible to file
in Italy and Spain and Utility Model.
To allow cost reduction and most effective uniform translation,
European or International Patent Applications can be extended
and validated in Italy and Spain by our Organization in
a single action with a single Italy and
Spain Validation Order in this case is issued a single debit
note with both Validations Documents and Receipt.
Pubblication
If not yet disclosed, the Patent and Utility Model Applications
are disclosed to public only at the 18th month from application
date.

Power of attorney (one for each country)
Title, Description, Drawings if any and Claims.
