You have the right to cancel any purchase of AutoTrans words which you make with us, minus any AutoTrans words which you have already used, within 7 days of your order being placed. We will issue you with a refund corresponding to the word allowance remaining in your AutoTrans account, as a proportion of the price you paid for the initial AutoTrans package. We will also cancel your remaining word allowance.
We regret that we are unable to issue refunds for purchases of Fastrans and DoubleCheck translation services. The reason for this is that once a Fastrans or DoubleCheck translation request is made, one of our staff translators will begin work on the job immediately. Fastrans and DoubleCheck translations are also custom-made for each translation request that we receive, and therefore cannot be "returned". For services of this nature, we are excepted from providing the normal 7 day "cooling off" return period, under European distance selling regulations. We encourage our customers to instead work with our translators to obtain an ideal translation using the feedback system available inside the HyperTrans account.

We may need to contact you to obtain further information to allow us to process your request or determine if there is a problem to be addressed.
