The duration of copyright in Italy is 70 years from the death of the author. Different durations are also provided for, depending on the type of creative work.
Software registration
Of particular interest is the applicability of copyright on software protection.
Website registration
Copyright is further applied to sites published on the Internet, as a website may consist of a particular innovative structure containing text, images, sounds, and other things that are naturally protected by copyright.
